Chev harus bertahan hidup dan mencari jantungnya yang telah ditukar oleh mafia Hong Kong.
Saat terjatuh dari helikopter dan tak sadarkan diri, para mafia kemudian mengangkut tubuh Chev dan membawanya ke meja operasi. Mereka bermaksud mengambil jantung Chev yang kini telah menjadi sangat kuat akibat adrenalin yang terus berpacu. Para mafia ini bermaksud menggunakan jantung Chev untuk menggantikan jantung bos mereka yang mengalami gagal jantung. Selanjutnya seluruh organ tubuh Chev akan diambil untuk diperdagangkan di pasar gelap.
Saat terbangun, Chev mendapati jantungnya telah diganti dengan jantung buatan yang hidup dari sebuah baterai yang diletakkan di luar tubuhnya. Baterai ini tidak dirancang untuk bertahan cukup lama karena peralatan ini biasanya hanya untuk menjaga denyut jantung pasien selama transplantasi jantung. Kini Chev hanya punya satu pilihan saja. Ia harus tetap bertahan hidup dengan jantung buatan yang ada dalam dirinya selama ia memburu para mafia yang telah mencuri jantungnya ini dan selama perjalanan Chev tak boleh lupa mengisi ulang baterai yang ada di pinggangnya, atau jantungnya akan berhenti berfungsi saat itu juga.
